Repair and fault diagnosis for electronic devices, covering everything from reflowing solder joints and replacing components and connectors, through to in depth fault analysis and component level diagnosis. This is backed by a full suite of soldering, rework, and electronics test equipment for accurately diagnosing and resolving faults.
Industrial Electronics Repair
Investigation and repair for industrial electronic equipment, keeping kit running when replacement units are no longer manufactured or available.
Consumer Electronics Repair
Small consumer electronics repairs considered on a case by case basis. Get in touch to check if a particular device is a good fit.
PCB Rework & Rectification
Rework and rectification is available across through hole and surface mount devices, including fine pitch work. Services include:
- Component replacement, including connectors, passives, and semiconductors
- Board repair for ripped pads and damaged traces
- Board modifications, such as track cuts and mod wires
Programmed devices, such as memory chips, CPLDs, FPGAs, and MCUs, can be physically replaced, but reprogramming or reflashing their contents isn't currently offered.
Post Repair Testing
Repairs are checked to ensure functionality has been restored before the device goes back to you. The more detail you can share about how the device normally operates, the more thoroughly that can be confirmed.
