Privacy Policy
How E3DR collects, uses, and protects your information.
Who we are
E3DR provides electronics design, 3D printing, and repair services. For any privacy-related questions, contact Contact@E3DR.uk.
What information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to provide directly, for example your name, contact details, and the content of your message when you get in touch via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We do not use analytics, tracking, or cookies to collect information about your visit to this site.
How we use your information
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and provide the services you've requested. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not send newsletters or promotional emails.
Our legal basis for processing
Where you contact us with an enquiry, we process your information on the basis of legitimate interest, namely responding to a request you have initiated. Where a service is agreed, we process information as necessary to perform that service.
How long we keep your information
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and to keep a record of work carried out, after which it may be deleted. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will action this where we're not required to keep it for another reason (such as legal or accounting purposes).
Sharing your information
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may pass through the standard infrastructure of the service you contact us via, for example your email provider, or WhatsApp's own systems if you message us there, which are separately subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not currently use cookies or similar tracking technologies. If this changes in the future, for example to add website analytics, this policy will be updated accordingly, and consent will be requested where required.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact Contact@E3DR.uk. If you have concerns about how your information has been handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
